Remote Monitoring Device for Refrigeration Systems

Currently, the development of innovative temperature and humidity control systems for refrigerating chambers improves the quality and safety of products and is an important logistical stage in the production and transportation of products. The article presents the development and experimental study of a monitoring and dispatching system for industrial refrigerating chambers based on Internet of Things technologies. The system is implemented using an ATmega328P microcontroller and an ESP8266EX wireless module, which collect and transmit data on temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration and door condition in real time. The applied architecture provides energy-efficient management of sensor nodes and integration with a remote server via a Wi-Fi interface. The tests carried out have confirmed the stability of the system in industrial operation and its suitability for implementation in automated control systems for technological parameters of refrigeration units. The development makes it possible to increase the accuracy of temperature control and reduce operational risks during storage of thermosensitive materials.
