Design and Analysis of PCB-Integrated 1U CUBESAT Structure for Enhanced Payload Capacity

This paper presents an approach to a CubeSat structural design by integrating Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) as one of it’s structural elements in a 1U CubeSat. The design aims to reduce mass while increasing payload capacity through the utilization of The PCB panels as both structural and electronic components, Our analysis demonstrates the structural integrity through static stress analysis, thermal analysis, and vibration testing.
