Optimization Design of TCM Guided Diagnosis Process based on KANO-AHP Model

With the continuous development of the medical industry, the diagnosis guidance process of TCM hospitals is the first link of patients' medical treatment, and its efficiency and service quality directly affect the overall medical experience of patients. However, many TCM hospitals still have problems such as low efficiency, information asymmetry and low patient satisfaction. To this end, this study combined the KANO-AHP model to design the TCM diagnosis guidance process optimization scheme, aiming to improve the diagnosis guidance efficiency of diagnosis and optimize the patient experience. First, patients' needs for lead services were collected through questionnaire survey, and KANO model was used to classify the needs and identify key service needs. Then, the AHP model is used to evaluate the optimization elements and prioritize the optimization strategy. Finally, based on the model analysis results, specific optimization schemes including role optimization of guide personnel, information system improvement and improvement of process timeliness are proposed. The results show that the comprehensive application of KANO-AHP model can effectively improve the efficiency of TCM diagnosis guidance process, significantly improve the medical experience of patients, and provide a feasible process optimization scheme for hospital managers.
