Digital Twin System Framework for Large Free Forging Hydraulic Press

This paper presents a digital twin system framework for large free forging hydraulic press. Due to lack of high accuracy of large free forging hydraulic press and digital management in the forging process, a digital twin model of large free forging hydraulic press is necessary to improve the visual monitoring and virtual-real interaction. Based on multidimensional and multiscale models of movement and behavior, heterogeneous data from local database, parse JSON (javascript object notation), the digital twin system framework is constructed, by which the virtual and physical scenes have undergone dynamic mapping and interaction. Using the unity3d virtual engine to build a digital virtual-real mapping and three-dimensional visualization of platform. This method can be provided as a new technical approach for the intelligent upgrading and operation management of large hydraulic presses, which has an important theoretical value.
