Research on Disaster Chain Evolution and Risk Propagation in Urban New-Type Power Systems Based on Fault Tree Analysis

To better address urban power system risks and comprehensively enhance the resilience of urban new power systems against extreme weather across multiple scenarios—including routine emergency preparedness and disaster response—this paper systematically selects "photovoltaic power generation system failure" as a top event. It analyzes the risk propagation pathways in such incidents, constructs a fault tree, and proposes preventive measures for typical accidents based on calculations of minimal cut sets, minimal path sets, and structural importance degrees. The research findings provide a scientific basis for establishing extreme weather multi-risk prediction technologies for urban new power systems and offer robust support for systematically managing complex and dynamic risk environments.
