Design of High-performance BMS Bluetooth Protection Board Based on FPGA and DSP

With the rapid development of the new energy industry, various new topological methods for information collection, transmission, integration, and processing from multiple data sources are gradually being integrated into the industry's various algorithms. This paper proposes a high-performance battery management system (BMS) Bluetooth protection board design scheme based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and DSP (Digital Signal Processor). This design uses FPGA to achieve high-speed data acquisition and real-time logic control, and utilizes DSP to complete battery state estimation (such as SOC, SOH) and complex algorithm processing, ensuring high precision and low latency of the system. At the same time, it integrates a Bluetooth communication module to support remote monitoring and parameter configuration, enhancing user interaction convenience. In terms of hardware, it adopts multi-channel ADC to collect battery voltage, temperature and other parameters, and combines isolation circuits to enhance safety. In terms of software, it optimizes the charging and discharging balance strategy and fault protection mechanism. Test results show that the system performs excellently in dynamic response, data accuracy and communication stability, and is suitable for power, energy storage and other fields, with high engineering application value.
