Cabbage Robot Workstation Based on RobotStudio

In this study, we use Robot Studio and SolidWorks to build a wok station for vegetable cooking robot, plan the spatial layout and design models of kitchen wares, peripheral equipment and end effectors of the robot; Complete the whole process operation action and motion path planning of robot positioning, clamping, obstacle avoidance, cleaning, etc. according to the functional requirements; Human-machine interface with menu selection function is designed through Botu v15, and menu selection is realized through joint simulation with Robot Studio. The research aims to analyze the workstation layout and operation process optimization feasibility of industrial robot in kitchen environment through simulation design, and provide new ideas and methods for intelligent kitchen technology development.
