Research on optimization design of six-rod main transmission mechanism of Adams warm forging servo press

Driven by Industry 4.0, this paper aims to solve the problem of excessive acceleration of the slider of the six-bar main transmission mechanism of the heavy-duty warm forging servo press. Based on Adams, a parametric model is constructed. Through sensitivity analysis and multi-objective optimization algorithm to screen key variables, the peak acceleration can be significantly reduced and the die life can be extended. The study breaks through the limitations of traditional single-objective optimization, combines the collaborative analysis of dynamic characteristics and clearance collision effects, and proposes a low-impact and low-vibration mechanism optimization scheme, which provides theoretical support for the efficient forming of precision forgings (such as gears and aviation parts), and provides a methodological reference for the intelligent design and green manufacturing transformation of multi-link equipment, which has important engineering value.
