New energy joint energy storage participates in the power market optimization strategy research

In the context of building a new electricity system, new energy presents a scale development trend. However, new energy power generation is stochastic and volatile, and the high proportion of access puts forward higher requirements on the flexibility adjustment ability of the power system. Therefore, many provinces require new energy field stations to be equipped with energy storage. This paper investigates the optimization strategy of new energy and energy storage under different capacity ratios, introduces the mode of new energy participation in the power market, constructs two optimization models of new energy participating in the market independently and participating in the market with energy storage, and discusses the transaction strategy of different storage capacity ratios participating in the market, and finds that the new energy configuration of energy storage can reduce the fluctuation of new energy and reduce the abandonment of wind and light of new energy. Through comparison, it is found that new energy storage can reduce the volatility of new energy, reduce the new energy wind and light abandonment phenomenon, improve the utilization rate of wind and light resources, increase the overall revenue, and realize the win-win situation of new energy and energy storage.
