Study on Cable Material Selection and Life of Photovoltaic System based on Neural Network Analysis

This paper investigates cable type selection for photovoltaic (PV) systems deployed in wastewater treatment plant environments, focusing on characteristics such as weather resistance, flame retardancy, and waterproofing. The selection methodology forms the core of the system design scheme. By integrating neural networks and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), a quantitative analytical model is developed that assigns weighted importance to various material factors. The model outputs a comprehensive evaluation of cable selection and lifetime. This algorithm supports efficient and safe deployment and installation of PV cables in wastewater treatment plants, ensuring stable and durable operation of the PV system.
