Research on Bidding Strategy of Photovoltaic Storage Combined Power Station in the Spot Market

With the proposal of constructing a new power system with new energy as the main body, various places are actively exploring the design of the power market and gradually improving the power trading rules. Coupled with the rapid increase in the installed scale of new energy in China, new energy power generation enterprises urgently need to participate in power market-oriented trading in a suitable way. This paper first analyzes the operation mode of the combined photovoltaic storage system, and models the uncertainty of the PV forecast output and the storage battery. Secondly, a mathematical model of the bidding strategy of the combined photovoltaic and storage power plant participating in marketbased trading is established, and the benefits of the power plant's participation in carbon emission reduction are taken into account in the model. Finally, the validity of the model is verified through an arithmetic example, and the results of the arithmetic example show that the use of photovoltaic storage joint bidding to participate in the power market and carbon trading market can enhance the level of revenue of the power station, improve the effect of emission reduction, and obtain additional emission reduction benefits.
