Intelligent safety management system for Laboratory based on STC89C52 Microcontroller

This article explores the design and implementation of an intelligent safety management system for laboratories based on the STC89C52 microcontroller. To meet the specific needs of laboratory safety management, an intelligent system has been designed that integrates permission authentication, environmental monitoring, abnormal situation alarms, data recording, and remote interaction. The system uses the STC89C52 microcontroller as its core controller, which authenticates user permissions through a fingerprint recognition system. It incorporates multiple sensors for temperature, humidity, and smoke concentration, and through the coordinated optimization of hardware circuits and software algorithms, it achieves real-time collection and intelligent analysis of laboratory environmental parameters. Additionally, the system connects to a remote monitoring center via an RS485 communication module, enabling remote monitoring and data recording, thus providing robust technical support for laboratory safety management.
