Design and Research of Logistics Handling Robot Based on Visual Recognition

Based on the development of intelligentization, this paper designs and develops an intelligent logistics handling robot with the functions of goods recognition, code scanning to obtain the handling order and accurate positioning. The robot realizes machine vision through YOLO algorithm, identifies goods of different colors, and uses the code scanning module to determine the handling order. Meanwhile, it combines multi-sensor technology to realize accurate positioning. In the simulated map test, the robot cart efficiently and accurately completed the handling task, verifying its practicality in logistics scenarios.
