Optimization Design Method and Intelligent Calculation of Gravity Disc Fan Extension Foundation Analysis

The reasonable design of wind turbine foundation is of great significance to ensure the structural safety and economy of wind power generation system. The traditional design process generally has problems such as low efficiency and reliability relying on manual experience, which is more prominent in complex geological conditions and large-scale wind farm layout. To this end, this paper constructs a complete set of optimization design methods suitable for gravity disc wind turbine extended foundation based on finite element analysis, parametric modeling and multi-objective optimization algorithm. This paper proposes an intelligent calculation tool that integrates structural parameter analysis, mechanical performance calculation and optimization result visualization. The tool is developed in Java language and has the characteristics of modularity and high scalability. The experimental part verifies the performance of the tool based on the actual data of multiple wind power projects. The results show that this method not only significantly improves the design efficiency, but also effectively reduces the design deviation and construction cost. The research results of this paper have practical guiding value for the intelligent development of wind foundation design.
