Analysis method of cable tensiometer in the pumping process of horizontal well perforation and bridge plug string

According to the characteristics of horizontal well pumping cable perforating and bridge plug coupling technology in shale oil and gas reservoir, the stress state of horizontal section perforating and bridge plug coupling string in pumping process is analyzed considering wellbore trajectory and coupling string structure. Combined with the principle of mechanical balance and the law of mass conservation, a cable tension calculation model is established. The cable tension distribution along the well depth during pumping is analyzed,the cable strength is checked, the influence of pumping speed and cable lowering speed on cable tension is studied, and the control method of cable tension is discussed. The key influence factors of well angle, pumping speed and cable lowering speed on cable tension are summarized, which provides a set of analysis methods for the safety of cable tension in the process of horizontal well perforation and bridge plug combined with string pumping.
