Development of a Fuel Cell Stack Test Rig Power Spectral Density for Fuel Cell Buses

With the development of green transportation, fuel cell buses, as a typical representative of clean energy applications, have become an important direction for the future of public transportation. This paper presents a method for developing the fuel cell stack test rig power spectral density for fuel cell buses, with a focus on the compilation and application of the stack lifecycle load spectrum and test rig vibration power spectral density. The research results indicate that by reasonably compiling the stack load spectrum and vibration power spectral density, the performance and reliability of the fuel cell system during actual operation can be effectively predicted and evaluated. This study provides a theoretical foundation and technical support for the design, verification, and optimization of fuel cell buses, thereby promoting technological progress in the field of fuel cell buses.
