Design and Experimental Research of a Novel Intelligent Automatic Control Device for Raw Coal Separation

As the pressure of raw coal entering the coal preparation plant increases, coal sorting has become an important step. The traditional coal sorting technology has significant shortcomings. In order to overcome the limitations of traditional coal sorting and improve sorting efficiency, an intelligent self-control two-stage combined coal sorting device has been developed, and then tested in a coal preparation plant, achieving good results and bringing more efficient and intelligent solutions for coal sorting. The results indicate that this intelligent automatic control raw coal separation device has significant improvements and advantages in various technical indicators, with a $12.2 \%$ increase in equipment processing capacity, a $10.6 \%$ increase in separation efficiency, a $6.7 \%$ reduction in energy consumption, and a $13.4 \%$ increase in iron chip recovery rate, providing a sustainable and economically effective solution for the coal industry.
