Research on Key Technologies for Inter-provincial Medium and Long-term Transaction Software Considering Price Limits

Due to the implementation of different local price limit policies, the buyers and sellers of inter provincial medium - to long-term centralized trading based on transaction paths, taking into account available transmission capacity (ATC), are unable to implement some transaction results. Therefore, it is necessary to consider price limit factors in market transactions to improve the enforceability of clearing results. At the same time, the refinement of trading periods and the increase in the number of market entities in the medium and long-term trading between provinces have put forward higher demands for the performance of inter provincial medium and long-term trading software. This article mainly studies the key technologies required in inter provincial medium and long-term clearing software, such as clearing algorithms, price limit methods, and high-performance data reading and writing.
