Prediction of Board Lifespan Based on Multi Parameter Fusion

Aiming at the problem of single environmental factor and poor model adaptability in the life prediction of relay protection boards, a prediction method based on multi parameter fusion is proposed. Firstly, the key components are selected through the fuzzy membership Euclidean distance model to determine the capacitor as the optimal characterization component; Subsequently, a life prediction model was constructed by integrating the Arrhenius equation, current thermal effect, and material correction coefficient; Finally, design an embedded platform to achieve real-time monitoring. The experiment shows that under four working conditions, the average error of the model is $4.23 \%$, which is more than $60 \%$ higher than the accuracy of traditional methods.
