A Method for Constructing a Small Disturbance Model and Analyzing Stability of Four Wind Turbines

As the global demand for clean energy continues to grow, wind power generation, as an important component of new energy, has become increasingly prominent in the energy structure. However, the stability problems caused by the large-scale access of wind power equipment have become increasingly prominent. This paper proposes a method for constructing a small disturbance model of six wind turbines and analyzing their stability. First, the impedance model of the wind turbine is constructed. Secondly, four wind turbines are selected to form a system network, and the characteristic roots of the impedance of the network are calculated. According to the Nyquist stability criterion, the stability of the system is judged. Finally, the time domain model of the system is constructed, and the stable frequency is obtained by the time the system recovers from small disturbances. The frequency is compared with the dominant characteristic root to further verify the stability of the system. The experimental results show that the constructed system small disturbance model is stable, which can provide a new idea for the research on the stability of new energy grid connection.
