Research on VSG Converter Cooperative Control Strategy Based on Consensus Algorithm

The interaction characteristics and frequency fluctuation issues of fully structured grid-type converter microgrids pose enormous challenges to microgrid stability, this paper proposes a VSG converter cooperative control strategy based on a consistency algorithm. This strategy introduces an information flows between converters, enabling each gridconnected converter to adjust its power based on global information, there by achieving stable frequency control. Finally, a simulation model of a $\mathbf{1 0 ~ k V}$ microgrid incorporating four VSGbased converters is developed in the MATLAB/Simulink environment to validate the proposed control strategy. The simulation results demonstrate that the method exhibits strong effectiveness and robustness in enhancing the frequency stability of the system.
