Construction and Practice of Interdisciplinary Course Ideological and Political Education Research Demonstration Center Under the Context of Artificial Intelligence

With the development of the times, the construction of diversified talent education between disciplines, particularly the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into diversified talent education between disciplines, has become one of the main educational tasks in China's current educational background. Contemporary advanced education faces the following challenges: the difficulty of integrating AI into highly interdisciplinary fields, the varying degrees of incorporation of ideological and political education across disciplines, and the misalignment between the education evaluation system and AI development. To address these issues, this article leverages the integration of talent cultivation goals in mechanical engineering and automation as a driving force, proposing a graduate student education model for interdisciplinary course ideological and political education (ICIPE) and providing guidance for its construction. This article establishes a research center for graduate ICIPE with interdisciplinary characteristics, forms an education pattern that integrates talent cultivation and education, integrates AI into highly interdisciplinary education, establishes an evaluation system for the ICIPE system that advances with the development of AI, and jointly builds a practical exchange area for ICIPE research achievements. The contribution is to explore the application of AI in ICIPE, building an ICIPE research demonstration center for enhancing the professional ethics awareness of guidance teams and fostering the development of new engineering talent.
