Design of Flexible Antenna Array Using Cardboard Paper Substrate for WIFI&WLAN Applications

Flexible antenna is expanding significantly at the moment because to the need for communication devices, wearable technology, military applications, and health monitoring systems. Numerous aspects including the materials utilized, substrate, antenna performance, production method, and environmental conditions, influence the choice of flexible antenna. This Paper proposes the design of Flexible of Antenna Arrays on cardboard paper using conductive nano silver paste, the microstrip antenna with simple feeding configuration is mostly used as array elements to make the design procedure more efficient through quarter wave feeding technique. Using the High Frequency Structure Simulated (HFSS) tool, the two-by-one patch array microstrip rectangular antenna array with microstrip line feeding was constructed and simulated using the quarter wave impedance matching technique. The performance of the proposed antenna was simulated in terms of S11, radiation pattern, and gain. Design of Flexible Array Antenna with central frequency is 5.2 GHz. Proposed Flexible Antenna Arrays are fabricated and measured, and structures and performances of the arrays are presented and discussed when the printing material is conductive nano silver paste. There are numerous wireless applications for this Flexible Array architecture, including commercial Wi-Fi and WLAN.
