Optimized Route Maintenance for Kruskal's Energy-Aware Chain-Based Data Aggregated Routing

WSNs are among the most important technologies in many fields including pervasive computing, IoT, and industries to develop smart devices and real-time data monitoring. Consisting of multiple sensor nodes, in this regard, this research proposes a new routing protocol, ‘Kruskal's Energy Aware Chain-based Data Aggregated Routing (KEAC-DAR)’, which positively impacts the issues of EC, NL and delay. The proposed method makes improvement in routing path selection using Kruskal's algorithm and implementation of energy factor with data aggregation. With the help of intelligently selecting routes by considering the availability of energy over the network, the proposed KEAC DAR method efficiently minimizes energy consumption of individual nodes to maximize overall network lifetime. However, through data Aggregation techniques it makes sure that all the available network resources are utilized optimally, thereby lessening the quantity of data transmitted over the network and thus reduces the delay. The performance measurement of the KEACDAR method is done by simulation to assess the effectiveness of the suggested routing procedure compared to the existing ones. These findings demonstrate significant increases in energy efficiency by KEAC-DAR which results into longer network durations and improved data transmission. In conclusion, the suggested technique offers a potential solution to the energy problems in WSNs and extends them to many fields to enhance the improvement of energy-oriented routing theories.
