Motor Direction Detection Circuit for Embedded Systems

In order to enhance the real-time and stable performance of motor direction recognition in embedded control systems, this paper develops a direction detection circuit module based on Hall signals. By building a set of direction determination logic models, the optocoupler isolation and Schmitt trigger conditioning circuit are combined to achieve efficient acquisition of three-phase signals and direction inference. The system uses the STM32F103 microcontroller to realize state judgment and direction output under interrupt drive state. The system has a compact structure and low resource occupation. In the experimental stage, system tests were carried out for different speeds, loads and interference conditions. The experimental results show that the detection delay is controlled within 2ms, and the correct determination rate of direction recognition exceeds 99.1%. In interference scenarios, the system has excellent misjudgment suppression capabilities. Compared with traditional rotary encoders and BEMF methods, this solution has obvious advantages in response speed, integrated integration and cost optimization, and is applied to industrial sites and light intelligent terminals.
