Hierarchical Indexing Algorithm for Transmission Engineering Metadata Based on DR-Tree

To effectively retrieve metadata of different versions of PTATP, hierarchical management of the metadata is required. For this purpose, a hierarchical indexing algorithm for transmission project metadata based on DR trees was developed. The hierarchical index structure was constructed according to version relationships and further subdivided into index structures based on time sequence. By using the DR-Tree algorithm to dynamically classify metadata, store metadata at various levels, and build index structures, the method achieves categorized management and retrieval queries of metadata information. Experiments show that this method can increase metadata management efficiency to 94.7%, effectively achieving categorized management and retrieval queries of metadata from different versions of transmission projects, thereby enhancing the efficiency of metadata management in power transmission and transformation projects.
