A Study On Factors Affecting To Innovative Business Model Of Start-ups In Vietnam Using AHP technology

Startup and unicorn with innovative business model are gaining a significant attention from world businesses and Viet Nam government. However, compared to the world, startups are still humble in Viet Nam. There are little research that clearly show what factors and how they affects to innovative business model. By using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique with questionnaire survey to business experts, this study answers these issues, considering to the most important factors - disruptive technology and entrepreneurship. With profound overview and experiment results, the Vietnamese starups directly form a the understanding on innovative business model and design their own business way in the 4th industrial revolution
