Multi-Timescale Optimal Scheduling Strategy for Optical Storage Charging Stations Based on Time-Varying Boundary Constraints

This research conducts an in-depth analysis of the system architecture and operational mechanisms of optical storage charging station, proposing a coordinated optimal scheduling approach based on multi-timescale frameworks. At the day-ahead scheduling level, an economic optimization model is established with the objective of minimizing daily operational costs, comprehensively considering the integrated operational expenditures of photovoltaic generation units and energy storage systems. For intraday scheduling, a real-time optimization strategy is developed with the primary goal of mitigating load fluctuations. To further enhance system operational reliability, an innovative time-varying boundary constraint mechanism is introduced, achieving refined control of energy flow within the station through dynamic adjustments of critical parameters including the state-of-charge limits of the energy storage system, charge/discharge power thresholds, and system power balance conditions. Simulation experiments verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed optimization methodology.
