Multi-module bridge construction monitoring system based on STM32

Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and poor environmental adaptability of traditional measurement tools in bridge construction, a multi-module bridge construction monitoring system based on dual-controller architecture is proposed, which integrates inertial measurement unit (IMU) positioning module, Bluetooth transmission module, and OLED display module to realize real-time monitoring of the bridge attitude and high-precision displacement localization through the collaborative processing of multi-sensor data. The hardware part adopts STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip, and collects all kinds of data through IMU sensors, GPS positioning module, etc., and transmits data through Bluetooth module. The software part includes IMU data parsing and coordinate system conversion, GPS latitude and longitude data processing and serial communication to achieve data synchronization between multiple modules. The experimental results show that the system runs stably, the GPS positioning error is less than 2 cm, and the attitude angle accuracy reaches 0.01 degree, which effectively improves the bridge merging construction accuracy and efficiency, and has significant engineering application value.
