The Design of Missile Integrated Electronic Equipment Test System Based on PXI Bus

The integrated electronic equipment serves as the information processing center for missiles, integrating multiple modules such as inertial measurement, main control computer, satellite navigation, and ignition control. It provides flight control and precise guidance for missiles, making it the core equipment of the entire missile. To meet the testing delivery requirements of the integrated electronic equipment of missiles, a missile integrated electronic equipment test system based on the PXI bus technology was designed. This paper introduces the system composition, working principle, and detailed design methods of the hardware system and software system. The test system is based on the PXI bus architecture and integrates various communication modules such as RS422 and 1553B. Using standardized and modular design methods, it can complete the functional testing of the integrated electronic equipment, with comprehensive testing content and reliable test results.
