Design Method of a Knowledge Graph-Based Nuclear Power Operation Knowledge Management System

This paper addresses the issue of knowledge fragmentation in nuclear power plant operating procedures and its limitations in handling multiple-event cascading accidents. A design method for a knowledge graph-based operation task management system is proposed. By constructing a nuclear power operation knowledge graph tailored for operator tasks, a lightweight graph-based question-answering system based on semantic analysis and a knowledge management system based on RAG are developed. These systems utilize a "graph-first" and "semantic supplementation" strategy to assist operators in quickly obtaining critical information. Finally, the paper discusses the potential and prospects of this system in various application scenarios, including accident emergency response, procedure optimization, and personnel training.
