Optimal Solution Implemented for Deadlock Problems of the FMSs Modeled and Simulating with Petri Nets

An optimal solution implemented for deadlocked problems is developed by simulating models that use Petri nets (PNs). This paper focuses on the control of flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs) by using PNs as a formal tool. The optimally controllable FMSs are verified controllers of preventing deadlocks that can be kept on maximum permissiveness simultaneously with significant specifications that have adopted PN models. Moreover, the optimal solution to the FMS is implemented using controllable transitions (CTs) for controlling and preventing deadlocks. The powerful CTs are the capability of PNs to recover transitions that are added to the net, which permits deadlock (DL)-free. The reconfiguration of all markings is obtained as the optimal solution and performs the same as the original one. The construction of the reachability graph (RG) will affect the accuracy detection of all RG. The experimental results show that our new manner can effectively be used resource utilization with high efficiency. We reconfigured FMS by using various class PNs to improve deadlock (DL) recovery, illustrated with the CTs designed. Several illustrative examples demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach by PNs that contain modeled simulations and are much more efficient.
