Research on Design Parameters of NN Type Planet Reducer of a Few Tooth Difference

In order to solve the complicated problem of parameter calculation of NN type planetary gear reducer with small tooth difference, the transmission principle of the gear reducer is analyzed, and the function relationship of tooth number, transmission ratio, tooth number difference and wrong tooth difference is established. The optimal displacement coefficient difference and meshing Angle are found through different tooth number difference of the internal gear pair, through traversal calculation, the displacement coefficient of the external gear satisfying all the constraints is found. The calculation time is greatly saved.
