Design and implementation of timing board calibrator

In recent years, with the development of integrated circuit technology, time-frequency timing equipment has also been moving towards miniaturization, especially timing boards such as PCI, PCI-e, CPCI have been widely used in aerospace and power systems. The synchronization accuracy of timing board directly affects the stability and reliability of system operation, and is one of the key factors determining the performance indicators of the entire system. Therefore, measuring and calibrating the timing board is crucial. This article proposes the design of a timing board calibration instrument, introduces its software and hardware design methods, and evaluates the measurement uncertainty of the timing board.
