Online autimatic optimization scheme for commutation zero-position of AC Servo Motor

In order to obtain the accurate commutation zero-position parameter of AC Motor used in Servo System, achieve the optimal efficiency of the motor, and maximize the response speed and control accuracy of Servo System, an optimal searching scheme for commutation zero-position of AC Motor in Servo System was designed based on the working principle of Servo System. In both open-loop and closed-loop control modes of Servo System, the value of commutation zero-position parameter of AC Motor [1] is gradually changed to drive the motor to rotate. The rotor rotation speed and driving torque are used as optimization criteria to complete the approximate value determination, rough search, and fine search algorithms, finally obtain the optimal commutation zero-position of Servo Motor. The optimal searching scheme of commutation zero-position can be completed solely by Servo System itself, no need to build additional measurement environments, and without time constraints. After a servo system is established, the searching scheme can be executed at any time to obtain the optimal motor commutation zero-position parameter. Through this scheme, the problem of online optimal calibration of commutation zero-position parameter is solved.
