Advanced Automated Card Cutting and Counting System

In this project, we devise a system with high precision reliability for the movement of card, cutting and counting of card using motor and card drivers, along with an ESP32 Microcontroller. Constructing a system of this kind requires IR sensors for card detection, motor, relays, L298 board and DC motors for automation of cutting and counting of cards. Card processing is performed in almost all kind of places, but it does take time and traditional mechanisms have a high error margin which is the problem this project aims to target with utilizing an automated cutting system with servo motors. The designed solution cuts the card and counts the total amount processed and displays this on an LCD monitor so that the operator can plan their future tasks based on this data feeding mechanism. Further with the assistance of IR sensors this system comes along with an advanced mechanism that allows the card movement in the desired areas effortlessly. Motor driver L298 allows the movement maintenance which gives this system precision control. The system counts all processed cards in real time against an LCD screen, updating it instantaneously for efficient monitoring of performance by operators. One of the system’s main strengths is the automated processes which provide high accuracy for reliable cutting with material waste.Targeted cutting eliminates human error, making it practicable for applications such as card manufacturing, packaging, and even inventory management where counts need to be precise. Relays are also incorporated within the system to optimize power which enhances energy efficiency. The system drastically improves workplace safety, reduces manual labor, and enhances the speed of processing work. AI and IoT could be utilized in the future for optimization and control along with cloud analytics for predictive maintenance and remote monitoring. Having such features integrated into the system will enable unparalleled control and adaptability. The Automated Card Handling System is an expensive and ideal technological advancement to achieve automated efficiency proportions within modern industries, marking another stride toward industrial automation and smart manufacturing.
