Mathematical Justification for the Development of a Web Platform for Beauty Salon Operations

This study focuses on the mathematical justification for developing a web platform to automate beauty salon operations, using "Jasmin Hair Studio" as a case study. The research explores the application of optimization methods for employee scheduling, machine learning algorithms for analyzing customer preferences, and economic-mathematical models for forecasting the financial efficiency of implementing a digital system. The proposed conceptual model encompasses automated appointment scheduling, personnel management, customer feedback analysis using NLP, and the implementation of marketing strategies. Deploying this web platform will enhance service quality, optimize business processes, and minimize human error.
