Hardware and Software Complex for Water body breakthroat alert and Monitoring

The objective of this study is to create hardware and software systems that allow monitoring the state of hydraulic structures in real time. The work is aimed at automating the processes of monitoring the state of water bodies and assessing the threat of mudflow breakthrough, based on modern tools. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing frequency and scale of destructive floods caused by the destruction of hydraulic structures, which emphasizes the need to develop effective methods for monitoring, forecasting and preventing such events. The developed hardware and software systems are of great practical importance for risk assessment, planning evacuation measures and minimizing damage from emergencies associated with the destruction of dams and embankments.
