Research on an Intelligent Quality Monitoring System for Roller Press Production Based on Digital Twin Technology

With the advancement of Industry 4.0, roller press production has placed higher demands on the real-time capability and intelligence of quality monitoring. To address the issues of low efficiency and insufficient accuracy in traditional quality monitoring methods, this study proposes an intelligent quality monitoring system for roller press production based on digital twin technology. The research begins by analyzing the principles of digital twin technology and its applications in industry, followed by designing the system architecture tailored to the characteristics of roller press production processes, which includes data acquisition, real-time monitoring, data processing, and quality assessment models. Subsequently, the system's functionality was implemented through hardware configuration and software algorithms, incorporating data fusion and real-time feedback mechanisms to enhance monitoring effectiveness. Experimental validation demonstrates that the system significantly improves the accuracy and response speed of quality monitoring, offering a new approach for intelligent manufacturing. This study provides both theoretical and practical support for the application of digital twin technology in roller press production and explores its future development directions.
