Face Recognition Algorithm for Control Turnstile System with Camera and Analysis

This work is focused on the design of the system and analysis of the data obtained from the Dahua camera for people arriving at the stadium and for facial recognition of people who are prohibited from visiting the stadium. This approach is so-called access control turnstiles system. To find out the correct number predefined items or faces is an actual and not simple task. Very often it has to be done in predefined short time interval or period with complete accuracy obtained data. The face recognition depends of hardware parameters of the camera and software ability for gathering and processing the data. The main advantage of the work is the algorithm that was developed in the specialized software environment Axxon INTELECT for recognition task, applied to the real time control and instant signalization. The paper presents automatic process of recognition. The results comparison between entrance readers and camera are correct, promising and satisfying.
