The Effect of Creative Leadership on School Administrators Towards Innovative Organization: A Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)

This research aimed to 1) identify the level of creative leadership of School Administrators and the innovative organization, 2) examine the goodness of fit of the models of creative leadership of school administrators that affect the innovative organization, and 3) determine the effect of creative leadership models of school administrators that affecting the innovative organization. The researchers employed a causal research design to seek the relationship between the creative leadership model of school administrators after an event has already occurred. The researchers’ goal is to determine whether the creative leadership of school administrators affected innovative organizations, by comparing 180 secondary schools. The target population of this study was the secondary school administrators and teachers. This survey questionnaire is a close-ended question with five answer choices which is known as a 5-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze quantitative data. The research results found that: Creative Leadership Level of Secondary School Administrators was found that at a high level. The goodness of fit of the models of creative leadership of school administrators that affect the innovative organization Structural Equation Model of Creative Leadership Affecting Innovation Organizations was well fitted. The final result showed that the effect of Creative leadership of school administrators has a positive influence on innovative organizations positive at the significance level of 0.01 with the impacting value of 96.6 percent.
