A Dashboard System for Enhancing Learning Outcome Monitoring and Curriculum Management Under the Outcome-Based Education Framework

Outcome-Based Education (OBE) is a higher education approach that focuses on achieving student learning outcomes based on the competencies set out in the curriculum. OBE implementation requires a systematic and data-based monitoring system to evaluate the achievement of Program Learning Outcomes (PLO). However, many institutions still use manual methods to manage and analyse learning outcomes, such as spreadsheets or non-integrated documents, which cause difficulties in data analysis, delays in decision-making, and potential data inconsistencies. This research develops an OBE-based dashboard to improve learning outcomes monitoring and curriculum management, providing PLO percentage monitoring features, outcome indicator management, study program annual reports, and data-driven analysis to support more accurate academic decision-making. System evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS), with an average score of 74.42, indicating that the dashboard has a good level of usability. With this system, educational institutions are expected to optimise monitoring and evaluation of learning outcomes more efficiently, assist academics in identifying learning gaps, and improve the quality of graduates to better suit the needs of industry and the academic world
