Virtual Power Plant Optimal Dispatching Considering Dynamic Green Certificate Prices

In the context of the dual carbon goals, virtual power plants, as a key technology for integrating distributed energy, are of great significance for promoting the use of new energy and the low-carbon functioning of power grids. However, the changes in new energy production and electric vehicle usage have created difficulties for the safe and steady running of the power system, and the existing research has not been sufficient in the dynamic and economic optimization of the green certificate trading mechanism. In this paper, we suggest the best scheduling plan for virtual power plants considering the price of dynamic green certificates. Firstly, a dynamic prediction model of green certificate price was constructed based on feature drive to reflect the impact of new energy output and load peak and valley hours on green certificate price. Secondly, a planning model is created with the aim of increasing the total operating income of the virtual power plant. Simulation verification in Matlab was carried out, and the solution was solved by Gurobi solver. The results indicate that the suggested model can effectively improve the operating income of virtual power plants, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and improve the stability of power grid.
