Applying Artificial Intelligence to DevOps: A Study on AI-Driven Anomaly Detection and Predictive Maintenance in Cloud Environments

This research focuses on adopting AI as an innovative technology in the DevOps framework for detecting anomalies and implementing predictive maintenance in compute clouds. The use of DevOps in cloud computing has become popular due to the new complexities that need to be effectively dealt with by prior forms of DevOps. AI’s automated way can detect anomalies, explore the possibility of System Failure, and prevent them from happening with the help of such technology. This research aims to analyze the main options for enhancing DevOps employing AI and consider the effectiveness of AI solutions in cloud environments. In some areas, such as anomaly detection and predictive maintenance, ensuring the key aims are defined and quantifiable in the evaluation metric data will be essential. The major measures are accuracy, the measure of precision, and the measure of recall and F1 measure.
