Advancements in string printing for high aspect ratio front contacts

We report recent advancements and current progress in the string printing process, including results and an improved prototype. Key parameters relevant to both the materials and the printing process are examined, and initial data are presented. Our findings indicate that, for optimal outcomes, process parameters should be carefully tuned to the specific paste in use. Furthermore, we show that excessive wetting of the paste can be mitigated by selecting a more viscous paste or by increasing the substrate' surface tension.
