The Impact of Supply Chain Integration on the Competitiveness of the Moroccan Fisheries Sector: An Empirical Hybrid Approach SPSS and PLS-SEM

This research analyzes the impact of supply chain integration on the competitiveness of the Moroccan fisheries sector, based on a conceptual framework combining three complementary theories: Dynamic Capabilities Theory, the Resource-Based View (RBV), and Inter-Organizational Coordination. The study evaluates the direct effect of supply chain integration on the sector's competitiveness and explores the influence of three organizational factors: technology and digitalization, logistical capabilities and infrastructure, and the standardization and strategic alignment of processes on the degree of supply chain integration. Data were collected from 563 actors in the sector through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using a hybrid approach that combines IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and PLS- SEM analyses to empirically test and validate the conceptual model. The results highlight significant relationships between the studied variables, emphasizing the essential role of supply chain integration in improving the overall performance and competitiveness of the Moroccan fisheries sector.
