AI-Powered Health Chatbot for Affordable Healthcare Access in Low-Income Communities

Access to healthcare remains a major issue for economically disadvantaged families, primarily due to expensive medical services, insufficient healthcare facilities, and a lack of information about available government financial support. Artificial intelligence driven Chabots offer a promising approach by delivering personalized, affordable health guidance. This study introduces an Artificial Intelligence Chabot that combines Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning (DL) techniques to examine user inputs, predict potential health conditions, and suggest budget-friendly treatment options. The system evaluates financial limitations and links users with affordable healthcare services. The research emphasizes the chatbot’s impact on enhancing healthcare accessibility and identifies opportunities for future improvements in low-income communities, including live doctor consultations and medical records secured through blockchain technology.
