An Evaluation Method for Avionics System Architecture Based on Improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

This article presents an evaluation method for the avionics system architecture of civil aircraft based on an improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), aiming to establish a comprehensive and systematic process for the design and trade-off analysis of avionics system architectures. In our research, we integrated the FAHP and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a hierarchical structure model for the overall avionics system architecture as well as the functional architecture within the four-layer structure of function-logic-physical-message. Based on this hierarchical structure model, we further constructed judgment matrices, performed weight calculations, and ranking to derive the optimal architecture scheme. Through an in-depth analysis of the trade-off characteristics of the two methods in different environments, we systematically studied the optimal decision-making process for avionics system architecture schemes. This article not only enriches the theories and methodologies for avionics system architecture design but also provides robust decision support for practical engineering applications, which is significant for enhancing the performance and reliability of civil aircraft avionics system.
