Based on Finite Element Analysis the Parameter Analysis of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Direct-Drive Hydraulic Pulp Disintegrator

In order to improve the driving efficiency of the existing hydraulic pulper and reduce maintenance costs, this paper proposes a new driving method, which is the direct drive method using permanent magnet synchronous motors. By comparing the efficiency and power factor of the two driving methods, it is concluded that direct drive has obvious advantages. Furthermore, this paper establishes a finite element model of the direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor, analyzes the relevant parameters that affect the motor's output characteristics, and takes a 350K w, 230r/min motor as an example for analysis, providing a theoretical basis for further optimization of the motor.
