Polysilicon Trench Diode Based on P-N Junction

P/N diodes are used in a wide range of applications and are a common device of a technology. In the field of smart discrete technologies, polysilicon diodes are used for thermal protection to monitor the temperature during stress operations. In this paper we present a new polysilicon P/N diode realized inside a trench.
